What an inspiring school! We spent two days at Clary Sage speaking with students from both the day and evening courses. The school hosts related disciplines such as interior design, fashion design, make-up artistry, and a relatively new program called Cosmetician that focusses on finishing and styling.

We were joined by Jaime Peckham, a Matrix educator and salon owner from The Hair Co. in Claremore, OK. We gave an overview of Urban Art then assisted her with a class on stenciling.

The students were interested in all aspects of the beauty industry and did not hesitate to ask questions. We shared our experiences working backstage at Imagination and the knowledge passed down from our mentors and Matrix staff regarding sales, marketing, and related fields. It was impressive to have the instructors remain engaged in the conversation and see the student interact with them.

We were very impressed with this school, not only because of its beautiful facility, expanded curriculum, and incredible staff, but mostly because of the students that fill the halls with smiles, talent, and laughter. Thank you Clary Sage for a wonderful experience. It was OUR pleasure.
