• Matrix declines all responsibility for any difficulties encountered in accessing the mobile site or for communication line failure.

• Matrix is not responsible for any mobile charges incurred by your mobile carrier or vendor.

• Data obtained from you in connection with this SMS service may include your cell phone number, your carrier's name, and the date, time and content of your messages. Matrix may use this information to contact you and to provide the services you request from Matrix.

• You represent and warrant that any mobile phone or other information you provide to us is you or your friends’ true and correct information.

• The Matrix mobile service is available in the United States only.
